SABOT: Lead
FUZING: Missing
This specimen has the projectile body machined to bore size.  Lead sabots were not normally used in projectiles of this large caliber.  The sabot is lightly pre-engraved.  This specimen was recovered from the Decatur Street and Expressway in Atlanta, Georgia.
