This unfired specimen,
with its wooden sabot and tin straps is from a cache uncovered during the construction of
an expressway in Atlanta, Georgia. These projectiles were packed two to a wooden
box. The boxes were addressed to "Gen Jos. Johnston, Atlanta, Geo.".
